  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipping

We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

5.3 Customs & Import Duties

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of receipt, provided:

  • Items are unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • You have the original receipt or order confirmation

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Eyewear (once opened)
  • Filters (Air & Fuel filters once packaging is opened)
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible until the return reaches us.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The amount includes purchase price minus shipping charges (unless return is due to our error).

6.5 Exchanges

For size or color exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • We cover the shipping cost of your replacement item
