Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind our motorcycle gear like we stand behind our bikes. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Return & Exchange Basics

  • Timeframe: 15 days from receipt of your order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Documentation: Original receipt or order confirmation required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Eyewear (due to hygiene reasons once opened)
  • Filters (Air & Fuel filters cannot be returned once packaging is opened)
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our Rider Support Team at [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your receipt
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our warehouse at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible until it reaches us.
  5. Wait for Processing: We’ll inspect and process your return within 3-5 business days of receipt

Refund Information

Timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Amount: Includes purchase price minus shipping charges (unless return is due to our error).

Payment Methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: May take an additional 2-3 days to appear in your account

Exchange Process

For size or color exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of your replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

International Returns

International returns may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders unless the return is due to our error.
