At Motorbike Equip Shop, we stand behind our motorcycle gear like we stand behind our bikes. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our hassle-free returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Eyewear (due to hygiene reasons once opened)
- Filters (Air & Fuel filters cannot be returned once packaging is opened)
- Custom or special order items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Contact Us – Email our Rider Support Team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval – We’ll review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
- Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
- Ship It Back – Send the package to our warehouse at: Motorbike Equip Shop Returns

Louisville, US 40242We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Wait for Processing – Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund amount will include the purchase price minus any shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
For PayPal payments, refunds may take an additional 2-3 days to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or color, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Note: International returns may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders unless the return is due to our error.
